Respondent filed a Request for Order (RFO) on May 4, 2026, seeking modification of child custody and parenting plan orders. The parties were referred to Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC) with an appointment on June 12, 2026 and a review hearing on July 30, 2026. Proof of Service shows Petitioner was served on May 6, 2026.
On May 15, 2026, the parties submitted a letter request to modify the review hearing date to August 6th. The court granted the request.
Respondent filed a Supplemental Declaration on June 2, 2026. It was served the same day.
Petitioner filed a Responsive Declaration on June 11, 2026. It was served the same day. Petitioner opposes Respondent’s requested changes to the current orders.
Both parties attended CCRC and were unable to reach any agreements. A report with recommendations was initially filed with the court and provided to the parties on July 15, 2026. A corrected version was filed on July 16th and mailed to the parties the same day.
Petitioner filed and served a Supplemental Declaration on July 23, 2026.
Respondent filed and served a Supplemental Declaration on July 27, 2026.
Parties are ordered to appear for the hearing.
