Notice Of Motion And Motion Re: Objection To Defendant'S Discovery Requests
Matter on calendar for Thursday, March 12, 2026, Line 1, PLAINTIFF YOU SONG's Motion Re: Objection To Defendant's Discovery Requests.
Plaintiff You Liang Song's Motion Re: Objection To Defendant's Discovery Requests is OFF CALENDAR.
In light of the Order Granting Defendant Arthur Liu's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings Pursuant to CCP Section 438, filed February 11, 2026, and Plaintiff's Notice of Appeal, filed March 3, 2026, the court orders the instant motion off calendar. Further, the court orders the instant motion off calendar because it is unintelligible and, to the extent it is intelligible, it appears to relate to discovery disputes resolved by order filed November 13, 2026, and Plaintiff does not make the showing required for reconsideration of an earlier order.
Prior to the hearing, Defendant shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order repeating the above verbatim.
For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing.
The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
