Hearing Required to address ownership of the property, including but not limited to (1) is it Plaintiff's assertion that Standish had at the time of the filing of the complaint and still has ownership interest in his individual capacity. If yes, point to allegations in the complaint (by page and line number) and evidence in support of the motion;(2) is it Plaintiff's contention that Standish was at some point the owner of the property in his capacity as a Trustee; if yes what are the dates of the ownership as trustee; (2) is it Plaintiff's contention that Standish owns the property today in his capacity as the trustee; (4) is it Plaintiff's contention that Standish owns the property today in his individual capacity; (5) if it is not Plaintiff's contention that Standish is the owner of the property today in any capacity, who is?

Plaintiff shall file a supplemental brief/declaration limited solely to responses to the questions above no later than 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2026. The filing shall not exceed 2 pages. =(501/CFH)
