Motion – Compel
On July 1, 2026, the parties appeared and reported they continued efforts to reach a solution such that the motion to compel would be unnecessary. The Court ordered the parties to file a Declaration of Non-Resolution detailing what remained of the requests if the parties did not resolve the matter. No Declaration of Non-Resolution was filed, and therefore, the Court assumes the parties resolved this matter.
All parties must comply with Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.10(B) to contest the tentative decision. Parties who request oral argument are required to appear in person or remotely by ZOOM. Regardless of whether a party requests oral argument in accordance with Rule 2.10(B), the prevailing party shall prepare an order consistent with the announced ruling as required by Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.11.
