2. DEFENDANT SOMA PARK INN CIVIC CENTER, BHULABHAL PATEL, CHANDAN PATEL, TIA SINGH, DIVYESH PATEL DEMURRER to 1ST Amended COMPLAINT OFF CALENDAR. Parties are ordered to meet and confer in accordance with CCP 430.41 in person or by phone on a mutually agreed upon date no later than March 20, 2026.
