Procedural History 17 1) Caitlin Talbot (Mother) and Srivatsan Srinivasan (Father) have one minor child together, Suzanne 18 (Zana) (DOB 5/6/2019, age 7).
The parties have joint legal and physical custody of Zana with a 19 2-2-5-5- parenting time schedule. 20 2) At the prior hearing on 5/5/2026, the Court denied Mother's request for sole legal custody, 21 modification of physical custody, and other requests, and granted her request to have Zana attend 22 therapy. The Court set a review hearing for 8/4/2026. Both parties have filed update declarations, 23 which the Court has reviewed and considered. 24 B. Findings and Orders 25 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 26 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.
A violation of this order may subject the party in 27 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor 28 child is the United States. 29
1 2) The Court finds it is in Zana's best interest to maintain all current custody and parenting time 2 orders and for Zana to continue in therapy. 3 3) The parties shall not speak negatively about each other in front of, or within earshot of, Zana. 4 4) The parties shall not interfere with or attempt to cut short phone calls Zana has with the other 5 parent during their custodial time. 6 5) The parties shall communicate in a peaceful and respectful way, and only about Zana. 7 6) Mother's remaining requests are denied at this time. 8 7) All prior orders not in conflict with these orders shall remain in full force and effect. 9 8) The Court will prepare the findings and Order After Hearing. 10
