The expenses appear to be doubling with the move to Mexico, as the total disbursements in the Second Account were $258,081.18 and the proposed disbursements are $526,848.00 with the requested transfers. Discuss.
The budget is attached. The following is noted:
Nursing Care: 24/7 in home nursing support provided by two nurses providing 12 hour care each. Petitioners state This is the single largest monthly expense and is essential for managing Kalebs complex medical needs, mobility assistance and daily living supports associated with Cerebral Palsy and acquired brain injury.
The monthly budgeted amount is $8,941.59. Kaleb is not receiving such nursing care in the US. (See Second Account) Discuss why it becomes necessary upon the move to Mexico.
Vehicle Expenses: Why is the second vehicle, the MVLLC MV-1 van being retained and transferred to Mexico and paid for by the trust (insurance, maintenance, etc.) when Kaleb has outgrown the van? Why is the trust paying for two vehicles? Discuss.
Monthly house expenses: Why is the trust paying 100% for the property expenses (homeowners association, taxes, etc.)? Further is the trust being charged 100% of the rent for the home in Mexico? Petitioners are also living in the property. Discuss.
The clerk shall give notice.
