No later than March 2, 2026 moving party to provide copies of Novolex Holdings v. Andes Harvest, Inc., No. 23PSCV01816, 2025 Cal. Super. LEXIS 47242, at *5 (L.A. Sup. Ct. Aug. 6, 2025) and Schadeck v. Imaged, No. 37-2019-00010792, 2019 Cal. Super. LEXIS 55775, at *5 (San Diego Sup. Ct. Nov. 15, 2019) cited in the moving papers to department 501. (The Court has no access to LEXIS).
Defendant shall also file a supplemental brief (not to exceed 2 pages) addressing the propriety, including authorities, of citing what appears to be California trial court decisions (i.e. "L.A. Sup. Ct." and "San Diego Sup. Ct.")
The Court notes that Plaintiff's opposition is 12 pages long with no Table of Contents and no Table of Authorities. Plaintiff shall file Table of Contents and Table of Authorities no later than March 2, 2026, otherwise opposition will be stricken. =(501/CFH)
