Review of Guardianship
TENTATIVE RULING:
APPEARANCE OF THE GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED. The Guardian is to appear and provide the Court an update on the current state of residence of the Guardian and the ward. If the Guardian has established residence outside of California, the Guardian is to provide information related to when the Guardian left the state of California, and whether the Guardian has initiated guardianship proceedings in the new state of residence as is required pursuant to Probate Code section 2352(d).
