NO APPEARANCES REQUIRED. The Court acknowledges receipt of the Court Investigator Report filed July 16, 2026, which outlines several irregularities in the Account and Report of the Guardian. The case is CONTINUED to September 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61, and the Guardian and attorney for the Guardian are directed to review the Court Investigator Report and cure the irregularities as described therein.

The Guardian is to appear and show cause why the Court should not impose monetary sanctions or order the guardianship terminated for failure to comply with the directive in the January 7, 2025, order fixing her residence in Oklahoma that she provide proof of the commencement of a guardianship or its equivalent in Oklahoma within 4 months of the order.
