Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike and/or Tax Defendant’s Costs is CONTINUED to September 9, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in Department 19.

Plaintiffs seek to tax Defendant’s filing fees by $1,628.68. However, the Court could not tell from Plaintiffs’ memorandum which of the 45 separate filing fees claimed by Defendant that Plaintiff seeks to strike.

By no later than August 19, Plaintiffs shall file and serve a supplemental brief of no more than three double spaced pages identifying which of the filing fees Plaintiffs seek to strike, and why. The supplemental brief shall identify the filing fees by their corresponding number on Defendant’s Memorandum of Costs (i.e., lines 1(a) – 1(ss).)

Defendant may file and serve a response of up to three double spaced pages by August 26. By that same date, Defendants shall deliver a courtesy copy of its Memorandum of Costs, including all the attached invoices, to Department 19.
