The above stated requirement for the filing of Confidential Guardianship Status Reports and associated court dates applies to each of the wards except Joseph Esposti, Jr., who will achieve the age of 18 on October 26, 2026. As he will be an adult, no further Guardianship Status Reports are required, and the guardianship will terminate by operation of law on October 26, 2026.
