DEFENDANT KEVIN O'CONNOR MOTION TO STRIKE Plaintiff's Untimely Reply re: Motion for Attorney's Fees is OFF CALENDAR. Insufficient notice per CCP 1005.
To the extent Defendant objects to the untimely filing of the reply in support of the motion for attorney's fees, the objection is overruled. Reply was timely filed and served on January 21, 2026. While that filing was rejected, the City immediately re-filed on January 22, 2025 correcting the hearing department number, Defendant points to no substantive difference between the two filings. =(501/CFH)
