Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s unopposed Motion for an Order Deeming the Truth of the Matters Specified in Plaintiff's Request For Admission as Admitted is GRANTED. The record demonstrates Plaintiff properly served Requests for Admission and Defendant Christine N Crotzer did not provide any responses to Plaintiff's requests. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280.) Defendant's failure to timely respond is not excused. No meet and confer requirement when no responses have been provided.
