Review hearing
CASE NUMBER: 26CV-0210865 Disclosure by the Court: The Court makes the following disclosure to all parties in this case. Judge Benjamin L. Hanna discloses that his spouse is an employee of the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office. That office represents Petitioner, the People of the State of California, in this action. The Court has no reason to believe that Judge Hanna’s spouse had any involvement in the investigation, management, or prosecution of this case, but does find it appropriate to disclose the employment relationship between the Court’s family member and counsel for the People of the State of California.
