5. Payment to the LWDA of $11,250, per the parties’ PAGA allocation.
Pursuant to section 384(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff shall submit to the Court a final report on or before May 28, 2027 setting forth the actual amounts paid to class members and other amounts disbursed pursuant to the settlement. The motion is GRANTED subject to submission of the revised proposed order described below. Counsel has otherwise met the requirements of CCP § 284 and CRC 3.1362. The order will be effective upon the filing of proof of service on the client.
