CCP 664.6 allows the Court to enforce the terms of settlement as stipulated by parties to pending litigation. Judgment in this action was entered on December 20, 2023, at which point this action was no longer pending. The stipulations Plaintiff now seeks to enforce were executed after this action was no longer pending. By the time the stipulations were filed with the court, the action had not been pending for over a year. Plaintiff cites no authority that would allow the Court to enforce such stipulations. =(501/CFH)
