Plaintiff Zahir Naseri's Motion To Compel Entry Of Default And For Order Directing The Clerk To Enter Default Under Code of Civil Procedure Section 585 is DENIED. The operative complaint before the court is the First Amended Complaint, filed September 25, 2025. Defendant filed an answer on November 26, 2025. No basis for entry of default currently exists. The motion, thus, is denied.
