A status hearing for the filing of the mandatory Confidential Conservatorship Care Plan shall be set on December 3, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. (Judicial Council Forms, forms DE-355 and DE-356.) b. An appearance will be required on that date if the Confidential Conservatorship Care Plan is not filed at least five court days prior to the hearing.
