MOTION – COMPEL DEPOSITIONS
On June 23, 2026, Plaintiff filed an ex parte application to compel deposition testimony and for monetary sanctions, or in the alternative, for an order shortening time to hear these motions. The Court advanced the hearing date to July 29, 2026, with the expectation that depositions would occur prior to then. Neither party has requested that this matter be taken off calendar. No subsequent pleadings were filed addressing the depositions.

All parties must comply with Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.10(B) to contest the tentative decision. Parties who request oral argument are required to appear in person or remotely by ZOOM. Regardless of whether a party requests oral argument in accordance with Rule 2.10(B), the prevailing party shall prepare an order consistent with the announced ruling as required by Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.11.
