Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on November 8, 2017. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian. The court continued the matter to July 1, 2026 and directed the clerk to provide notice to the guardian. Upon review of the file, the court finds that the annual status report still has not been filed.
