Arthur C The Petition for Settlement of 2025 and Part of 2026 Account is settled and approved, including the Lehmann and resignation of Sophia Pflum and appointment of Fremont Bank as Successor Co-Trustee. The next 9:00 19PR00363 Sharon Lehmann accounting shall be filed on or before June 8, 2027 with a hearing date on July 20, 2027 at 9:00 Trust a.m. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.
The ex parte application is granted in part and denied in part. The Court declines to admit the February 20, 2012 writing to probate on an ex parte basis or make any finding at this time regarding ownership, distribution, tenancy, or possessory rights. However, the Court orders that the Public Administrator is not to sell, list, liquidate, or evict Stephanie Nicole Coleman from the property located at 4863 Tippie Toe Lane, Forest Ranch, California, without further order of the Court, but such order is made without prejudice to the Public Administrator's ability to preserve, inspect, insure, inventory, appraise, secure, and protect estate property.
During the period that this Estate of Molen, 9:00 21PR00262 limited order is in effect, Ms. Colman is ordered not to commit waste, damage the property, remove Sherry L estate property, transfer any claimed interest, bring additional occupants onto the property, or interfere with reasonable property-preservation access by the Public Administrator. The Court specially sets this matter for a Court Trial in relation to the proposed holographic Will dated February 20, 2012 on September 1, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. with a 2.5 hour estimate with a Trial Readiness Conference on August 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Additionally, the Petition for Probate of Will filed by Stephanie Nicole Coleman on June 23, 2026 is denied. Finally the Final Distribution hearing set for October 6, 2026 is continued to December 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
The First and Final Account and Report is settled and approved, and the matter is set for a final Estate of White, 9:00 22PR00451 discharge hearing on January 19, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. The Court will sign the form of order submitted Annette by counsel.
