Defendant Tower 737 Condominium Rentals' motion to compel responses to its second set of special interrogatories from plaintiff Eugene McGee and for monetary sanctions is granted. No later than August 17, 2026 McGee must serve verified code-compliant responses without objections to the second set of interrogatories. No later than September 30, 2026 McGee must pay reasonable monetary sanctions of $335 to Tower 737. McGee's failure to respond to the discovery or to oppose this motion warrants the relief granted and lacks substantial justification.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
