Plaintiffs Crystal Lei and Bryant Fu's motion for relief from rejection for and renewal of judgment and request for renewal of judgment as of June 5, 2026 is granted in part. Moving parties are entitled to a document entitled "Renewal of Money Judgment Based on the Order Filed June 6, 2026" providing that a renewed judgment for 10 years effective June 5, 2026 is entered in favor of Judgment Creditors Crystal Lei and Bryant Fu and against Judgement Debtor Dema Yan in the amount of $107,820 consisting of the original order amount of $53,910 plus accrued interest of $53,910.
