Line 10 25CV468200 Chelette Dewees Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file a second amended complaint. Notice is v. Shibani proper and the motion is unopposed. A court may, “in its discretion, after Rajadhyksha notice to the adverse party, allow, upon any terms as may be just, an amendment to any pleading or proceeding in other particulars.” (Code Civ. Proc., § 473, subd. (a)(1).) On good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff must separately file the second amended complaint attached to counsel’s declaration. The deadline for any responsive pleading to the second amended complaint is governed by Code of Civil Procedure section 471.5. The court will prepare the order.
