The unopposed motion for judgment on the pleadings by plaintiff Valley First Credit Union is GRANTED without leave to amend the answer.
The Court takes judicial notice of its order filed June 23, 2026, granting Plaintiff’s motion for an order deeming true requests for admission and genuineness of documents that were propounded on Defendant. The Court finds that the complaint states facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action for breach of contract and money lent, and that Defendant’s deemed admissions negate any possible denial and defense. Further, Defendant’s answer and affirmative defenses only relate to inability to pay the debt.
Judgment is to be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant.
The Court will sign the proposed order lodged with the court on June 25, 2026.
