Procedural History 16 1) The parties are Petitioner Stephanie Tramicheck and Respondent Alexander Cassassovici. 17 2) On 3/26/26, Respondent filed a Request for Order seeking relief from the Automatic Temporary 18 Restraining Orders (ATROs) issued 1/31/25, which require Respondent to maintain Petitioner’s 19 health insurance coverage and pay $1,098 monthly to Blue Shield of California.

Respondent 20 asserts he is unemployed and lacks the financial ability to continue paying for Petitioner’s health 21 insurance. Respondent requests the Court order Petitioner to comply with the mandatory 22 disclosure requirements set forth in Family Code section 2104. The matter was set for hearing on 23 6/2/26. 24 3) On 5/4/26, Petitioner filed a Declaration Regarding Service of Declaration of Disclosure and 25 Income and Expense Declaration indicating her Preliminary Declaration of Disclosure was served 26 on Respondent by electronic service on 5/4/26. 27 4) The 6/2/26 hearing was continued to 7/28/26 by agreement of the parties. 28 5) On 7/15/26, Petitioner filed a Responsive Declaration in opposition to Respondent’s Request for 29 Order.

Petitioner requests the Court deny Respondent’s request for relief from the ATROS or, in

1 the alternative, continue the request for relief from the ATROs until entry of judgment or until her 2 application for Medi-Cal, submitted 6/30/26, is determined. Petitioner requests the Court order 3 Respondent to produce financial documents (personal and business related). Petitioner states 4 Respondent’s request related to mandatory disclosure requirements is MOOT. Petitioner states 5 her current monthly income is $0 and she applied for Medi-Cal and CalFresh and understands 6 determination takes 45-60 days or more.

Petitioner asserts she would suffer a severe hardship 7 from loss of insurance coverage and believes Respondent has the ability to pay. 8 6) On 7/21/26, Respondent filed a Reply Declaration asserting that his financial circumstances have 9 worsened since the filing of his Request for Order as he still hasn’t found work. Respondent 10 states that he agrees to maintain the existing Blue Shield of California policy covering Petitioner, 11 or equivalent replacement coverage of his choosing, without lapse, at his sole expense until the 12 earliest of: (a) the date Petitioner’s Medi-Cal application submitted 6/30/26 is approved; (b) sixty 13 days after written notice of any denial of that application, which is the special enrollment period 14 during which Petitioner may obtain subsidized Covered California coverage; or (c) the close of 15 escrow on the sale of 421 27th Street, at which time Petitioner will receive a $50,000 advance 16 from the sale proceeds per the Stipulation and Order filed 6/26/26. 17 B.

Findings and Order 18 1) Respondent’s request for relief from the ATROs is DENIED. 19 2) Respondent’s request that the Court order Petitioner to comply with the mandatory disclosure 20 requirements set forth in Family Code section 2104 is MOOT. 21 3) Petitioner’s request that the Court order Respondent to produce specific personal and business 22 related financial documents is DENIED without prejudice; Petitioner may conduct discovery. 23 4) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 24
