1. P17-16158 In the Matter of Richard Joseph Nathaniel Rouse, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this petition is continued for hearing until July 24, 2026, at 09:00. There is no proof that Petitioner served the instant petition and supplemental briefing on Goodwill and the Washoe Tribe as previously ordered. Petitioner shall give notice of the new hearing and shall ensure that all Petitioner filings are served on these interested parties.

2. P19-16493 In the Matter of Simon Cruickshank, et al. No appearances are required. The petition for settlement of the eighth account is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.

3. PR0000484 Conservatorship of Raymond Poquette No appearances are required. The petition for settlement of the first account and for conservator and attorney fees is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.

7. PR0000910 In the Matter of Joan K. Confer No appearances are required. The petition for appointment of a conservatorship of the person and estate is granted. Makayla Confer is appointed as Conservator and letters shall issue. Bond is not required, however, any liquid assets or funds in excess of $10,000 shall be placed in a blocked account subject to use only by Court order.
