Based upon the Court Investigator Report dated July 10, 2026, which the Court has read and considered, the conservatorship remains necessary and appropriate and shall continue. Fees are Conservatorship deferred. The next Court Investigator Information Sheet shall be filed by June 13, 2028, with a 10:15 25PR00259 of Pastor, Talon hearing date of July 25, 2028 at 10:15 a.m. Additionally, the hearing on the First Account and Report Andre is continued to July 27, 2027 at 10:15 a.m. The Court will sign the forms of order submitted by counsel.

Based upon the Court Investigator Report dated July 8, 2026, which the Court has read and considered, the Conservatorship remains necessary and appropriate and shall continue. The Court Investigator Information Sheet for the next annual review is to be filed by June 15, 2027, and a hearing is set for July 27, 2027 at 10:30 a.m. The Court will hear from Ms. Savage in regard to the prior Motion to be Relieved as Counsel, given that the Court has not yet received proof of service of Conservatorship the signed order on the client.
Additionally, the Court will hear from the Conservator, Jolee Ulman, 10:30 25PR00540 of Gray, Donna regarding the issues raised by the Court Investigator concerning the Conservatee's finances and Ruth medical needs. The Court is inclined to order that Ms. Ulman remain as Conservator of the Person, sign an order so indicating, and re-issue Letters, and appoint the Public Guardian to investigate whether its appointment as Conservatee of the Estate is appropriate here, with the Public Guardian appointed temporarily in that capacity pending the investigation.
The matter will be set for a Status Hearing regarding the Public Guardian's investigation on September 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. and the Public Guardian is to submit a proposed order and temporary Letters.
