1. P03-13806 In the Matter of Michael Jeffrey Stanton No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person and estate shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservators are acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for March 24, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this annual review is waived.

2. P11-15274 In the Matter of Harry A. Grossi, et al. No appearances are required. The unopposed petition for approval of the eighth account and report, and for fees is granted as prayed. Bond is reduced to $2,326,514.20. Petitioner shall file proof of the updated bond with the Court within 30 days. A proposed order has been submitted.

3. P14-15688 In the Matter of Denise Lynette Esrey Appearances are required. The Court is inclined to grant the petition for final distribution as prayed. Confirmation of the beneficiaries is required. Petitioner shall submit a proposed order.

4. P17-16159 In the Matter of John Thomas-Fletcher Paul Appearances are required. The parties shall be prepared to update the Court on the outcome of mediation and the setting of a hearing if necessary.

5. PR0000360 In Re Spencer Logan Edward Morris No appearances are required. The Court continues this matter to June 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6 and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Guardians shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failing to file an accounting as ordered by this Court on January 16, 2026. The clerk shall serve notice of the order to show cause.

Additionally, the Court has not received the court investigation report. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator. The Court Investigator shall submit a report prior to the continued court date.

The petition for attorney fees by Conservatee’s attorney, Richard Keene, is set for hearing on June 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Counsel Keene shall provide notice of the same prior to the hearing date.

7. PR0000749 In the Matter of Betty Taylor No appearances are required. The petition for final distribution is granted as prayed. Petitioner shall submit a proposed order.

8. PR0000871 In the Matter of Billie Dean Nasca Muir No appearances are required. The Court continues this matter to June 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6 and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Petitioner Lucia Muir shall show cause why the pending petition should not be dismissed or Petitioner sanctioned for Petitioner’s failure to file a proof of publication and a proof of service of notice to administer as ordered by this Court on October 17, 2025. 9. PR0000934 In the Matter of Patricia Francis Stone Appearances are required. The petition for appointment of probate Conservator of the person and estate is denied. A conservatorship for the proposed Conservatee has already been established in case PR0000819 and letters have issued.

Additionally, this petition has deficiencies which Petitioner still has not corrected. There is no proof of service of the citation; the notice has not been timely served on all required parties at least 15 days prior to the hearing and no medical capacity declaration has been filed.

10. PR0000942 In the Matter of Gloria Dengler No appearances are required. The petition for appointment of Conservator of the person and estate is granted. Barbara Jane Downs is appointed as Conservator and letters shall issue. Bond shall remain as previously set. The Court sets an annual review on March 26, 2027, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. A hearing as to the first accounting is set for June 28, 2027, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. An accounting shall be noticed/filed and served in accordance therewith.
