Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings
The unopposed motion for judgment on the pleadings by plaintiff Barclays Bank Delaware is GRANTED without leave to amend the answer. The Court finds that the complaint states facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action for breach of contract and Defendant’s answer admits all allegations of the complaint and does not allege any facts constituting an affirmative defense. Defendant did not file an opposition indicating how the answer might be amended to assert a defense.
Judgment shall be entered forthwith in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant. Plaintiff is entitled to costs as prevailing party. The Court will sign the proposed order and proposed judgment submitted with the moving papers.
The court trial scheduled for September 9, 2026, is vacated.

The Court notes that Plaintiff has not requested monetary sanctions.
