Petitioner shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing to file a completed notice and proof of service form (See Form GC-020), proof of service of the citation (See Form GC-320), a capacity declaration (See Form GC-335) and a declaration regarding bond, as ordered by this Court on December 19, 2025. The clerk shall provide notice of the order to show
cause.
