1. P94-11865 In the Matter of Mark Robert Pinter On the Court’s motion, this hearing is continued to March 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservator is acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for March 10, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.

2. PR0000668 In the Matter of Sage Marie Davis Da Rosa On the Court’s motion, this hearing is continued to March 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

No appearances are required. The accounting is noticed for hearing May 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Accordingly, the Court continues this matter to that date and time.

3. PR0000798 In the Matter off Mark Lenci Living Trust On the Court’s motion, this hearing is continued to March 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Appearances are required. The parties shall be prepared to update the Court on the status of mediation (apparently scheduled for February 18, 2026).

4. PR0000832 In the Matter of Bonnie May McGuire On the Court’s motion, this hearing is continued to March 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Appearances are required. Petitioner Marguerite DeMartini shall be prepared to update the Court on whether she has retained new counsel or if she will represent herself. Additionally, all parties shall be prepared to update the Court on the status of this litigation, the setting of an evidentiary hearing as necessary and the appointment of a special administrator as necessary.

No appearances are required. The Public Guardian has declined to intervene at this time for a variety of stated reasons. See 2/6/26 Report of Investigation. No further filings have been submitted by Petitioner in furtherance of the request for. The Court continues this matter to May 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Petitioner shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing to file a completed notice and proof of service form (See Form GC-020), proof of service of the citation (See Form GC-320), a capacity declaration (See Form GC-335) and a declaration regarding bond, as ordered by this Court on December 19, 2025. The clerk shall provide notice of the order to show

cause.

6. PR0000849 In the Matter of Debra Metcalf On the Court’s motion, this hearing is continued to March 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Appearances are required. Conservator Sherry Kessler shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned for her failure to file forms GC-202, GC-320, GC-314, GC-312 as well as a declaration clarifying the operative petition as ordered by this Court on September 19, 2025.
