The Court notes that the Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Causes of Action and Defendant Delight Foods were dismissed on July 13, 2026. The Court further notes that summary adjudication as to the First and Third Causes Action were granted against Defendants Farzad Sabet, an individual, Marikit Del Rosario-Sabet, an individual, and Farzad Sabet and Marikit Del Rosario-Sabet, Trustees of the Sabet 2012 Trust (Sabet Defendants).

Plaintiff has not sought a judgment. The matter is continued to Monday, September 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 63 for status of the case. If Plaintiff has not obtained a judgment prior to the next review hearing, the parties are ordered to file status statements no less than five court days prior to the next review hearing.
