PARTIES TO APPEAR at the upcoming hearing regarding the petition of Martha Moreno (“Petitioner”) to settle the claims of her 12-year-old daughter, Claimant Carmen Vianey Moreno (“Claimant”). To date, Petitioner has not filed amended or supplemental papers addressing the issues the Court raised at the last hearing on March 20, 2026.
Petitioner and/or counsel assisting Petitioner shall appear at the hearing to address the status of the petition.
