The court intends to terminate the probate proceedings, order the discharge of petitioners, order the bond exonerated, and confirms and order that any property or asset in which the Decedent had an interest, whether now known or hereafter discovered, recovered, collected, or determined to exist, including but not limited to any Co-Trustee fee payable from the Kahn Trust, shall pass directly to and be distributed to the DOWNEY FAMILY TRUST pursuant to the Decedents Will, without the necessity of further formal probate administration, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
