19 1) The parties in this matter are Petitioner David Benjamin Carlson (Father) and Respondent Ekama 20 Onofiok Carlson (Mother). The parties have two minor children, Basse (DOB: 12/26/2014, age 11) 21 and Esien (DOB: 4/23/2021, age 5). 22 2) On 10/17/2025, Mother filed an Order to Show Cause and Affidavit for Contempt alleging Father 23 violated the First Amended Temporary Restraining Order filed 6/25/2025 in related Case No. FDV- 24 25-818447, which has since been consolidated into and under this case number. 25 3) On 12/11/2025, the Court appointed Peter Furst as contempt counsel for Petitioner and arraigned 26 Petitioner, who entered a not guilty plea and waived time.

The matter was set for a contempt trial on 27 3/26/2026 at 1:45pm in Department 404 and was continued to 5/19/2026 at 1:45pm. 28 4) On 5/19/2026, both parties appeared. The Court relieved Peter Furst as contempt counsel, Father 29 waived time, and the matter was set for appointment of new counsel and arraignment on 6/25/2026.

1 5) The Court also scheduled a contempt trial for 8/26/2026 at 1:45pm in Dept. 404, subject to appointed 2 counsel’s availability, to be discussed at the 6/25/2026 hearing. 3 6) The Court has been informed by the San Francisco Bar Association that attorney Terry Szucsko is 4 available for appointment of contempt counsel. The parties are ordered to appear at 9 AM on 5 6/25/2026 for appointment of contempt counsel and to verify whether contempt counsel is 6 available on 8/26/2026 for the contempt trial. 7
