Petitioner filed a Request for Order (RFO) on April 7, 2026, seeking child and spousal support orders. Petitioner concurrently filed an Income and Expense Declaration. Upon review of the court file, there is no Proof of Service showing Respondent was properly served.

Petitioner appeared for the hearing on May 21, 2026 and requested a continuance to allow additional time to serve Respondent. The court granted the request to continue the matter and directed Petitioner to serve Respondent with the original moving papers as well as a copy of the minute order with the continued hearing date and time.

Proof of Service shows Respondent was mail served on June 22, 2026 with all the required documents.

The Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) substituted into the case on July 14, 2026. Notice was provided to the parties the same day.

The court finds good cause to continue the matter to Monday, September 14th at 8:30 AM in Department 10 pursuant to Family Code section 4251. Respondent is directed to file and serve his Income and Expense Declaration at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
