The case is ordered stayed pending binding arbitration as to the entire action.

The Non-Appearance Case Review scheduled for 10/12/2026 and the Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for 07/22/2026 are vacated.

CONTESTING THE TENTATIVE CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: If the parties do not contest the Tentative Case Management Order, it will be adopted.
