It was continued to July 22 because Plaintiff did not comply with her obligation to deliver a courtesy copy of her moving papers to Department 19, as required by Alameda County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 3.30(c). Plaintiff was ordered to do so no later than July 15.
Plaintiff has failed to deliver courtesy copies of her motion to Department 19. The motion is dropped from the July 22 calendar on that basis.
Plaintiff is free to renotice her motion for a future calendar. If she does so, she must deliver courtesy copies of the motion to Department 19.
