Tentative Ruling - 07/16/2026 Peter Borkon

ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case, including timely filed Case Management Statements, without a conference.

The Court will continue the hearing on the order to show cause. Plaintiff suggests that Defendant has not performed under the settlement agreement and that Plaintiff will seek enforcement. Counsel should promptly reserve the enforcement hearing as the motion calendar is congested.

The Order to Show Cause Re: Dismissal Conditional Settlement scheduled for 07/21/2026 is continued to 11/17/2026 at 03:00 PM in Department 15 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
