1. P06-14356 In the Matter of Alan O. Nicol 1992 Revocable Trust No appearances are required. The petition for accounting and for fees is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.

2. P17-16158 In the Matter of Richard Joseph Nathaniel Rouse, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this matter is continued to October 16, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in Department 6, and an order to show cause is set for the same date and time. Petitioner shall show cause why he should not be sanctioned or this petition dismissed for failing to serve the instant petition and supplemental briefing on Goodwill and the Washoe Tribe as ordered by this Court on April 24, 2026. If Petitioner does not appear at the next hearing, the Petition will be dismissed. The clerk shall give notice of the order to show cause.

3. PR0000237 In Re Klaus Mathes No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this matter is continued to October 16, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in Department 6. There is no indication that the administrator or any other interested party has been given notice of the petition. Petitioner shall provide notice and submit a proof of service as required by law prior to the continued court date. Petitioner shall also provide notice of the continued court date. The Court also sets an Order to Show Cause for the same date and time. Petitioner shall show cause why it should not be sanctioned for failing to serve the instant petition in a timely manner. The Petition was filed on April 23, 2026, by attorney Chubb on behalf of Alliance Estate Research. No objections or responses have been filed to the petition. Accordingly, the court grants the unopposed petition as prayed. Petitioner shall provide a proposed order within 7 days of notice of today’s ruling.

5. PR0000809 In Re Griffin Wayne Johnson Murphy Appearances are required. Allyson Siobhan Johnson shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned for failing to file an inventory and appraisal as ordered by this Court on November 10, 2025 and again on February 13, 2026.

6. PR0000868 In Re Trevor Cecil No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this matter is continued to October 16, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in Department 6. A creditor claim from Pacific Gas and Electric Company was received by the Court on September 23, 2025. Petitioner shall clarify the status of this claim, and provide any release, no later than two weeks prior to the continued court date. Petitioner shall also provide notice of the continued court date.
