1. P06-14356 In the Matter of Alan O. Nicol 1992 Revocable Trust No appearances are required. The petition for accounting and for fees is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.
2. P17-16158 In the Matter of Richard Joseph Nathaniel Rouse, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this matter is continued to October 16, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in Department 6, and an order to show cause is set for the same date and time. Petitioner shall show cause why he should not be sanctioned or this petition dismissed for failing to serve the instant petition and supplemental briefing on Goodwill and the Washoe Tribe as ordered by this Court on April 24, 2026. If Petitioner does not appear at the next hearing, the Petition will be dismissed. The clerk shall give notice of the order to show cause.
3. PR0000237 In Re Klaus Mathes No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this matter is continued to October 16, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in Department 6. There is no indication that the administrator or any other interested party has been given notice of the petition. 6. PR0000868 In Re Trevor Cecil No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this matter is continued to October 16, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in Department 6. A creditor claim from Pacific Gas and Electric Company was received by the Court on September 23, 2025. Petitioner shall clarify the status of this claim, and provide any release, no later than two weeks prior to the continued court date.
