Letters of guardianship issued on May 9, 2025; however, the matter was not set for the required annual accounting. The matter is set for Monday, September 14, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 42 for confirmation of filing the First Account and Report of Guardian. The first account will cover the period from May 9, 2026, through May 8, 2026. The Court notes it would be inclined to grant a waiver of future accountings pursuant to Probate Code Section 2628 upon the filing of a properly noticed motion. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
