CASE NUMBER: 25CVG-01147 This matter is on calendar for review regarding status of judgment. Plaintiff filed a status statement informing the Court that a judgment was being concurrently filed. The CIV-100 and JUD-100 were rejected by the clerk on July 15, 2026. The Court notes that the Court already ordered that a judgment issue in the amount of $9,329.61 on January 5, 2026 when ruling on Plaintiff’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Plaintiff need not submit a CIV-100 or JUD-100. A proposed Judgment in the amount of $9,329.61 can be submitted on pleading paper.
If Plaintiff seeks costs, a Memorandum of Costs has to be filed. Any request for attorney’s fees will require a noticed motion. The matter is continued to Monday, August 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 63 for status of judgment. Plaintiff is ordered submit a proposed Judgment. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
