CASE NUMBER: 25CVG-00161 This matter is on calendar for review regarding status of dismissal. The Court notes that Plaintiff has never filed a Notice of Settlement and instead submitted a CCP § 664.6 dismissal that was rejected by the clerk on March 18, 2026 for procedural defects. Plaintiff filed a case management statement requesting a continuance of 90 days to finalize a settlement agreement. The Court continued the April 27, 2026 review hearing to today. In the interim, Plaintiffs submitted the same CCP § 664.6 dismissal as before which was rejected by the clerk for procedural defects on May 13, 2026. It appears that Plaintiff has taken no steps since then to finalize this case. Plaintiff must follow the California Rules of Court when submitting documents. Please see CRC 2.303 regarding lack of a wet signature and filing by fax. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar to explain the delay and provide the Court with a timeline for when the issues noted previously will be corrected.
