The court intends to appoint counsel for the proposed conservatee.
The court intends to grant the petition and appoint Megan Smith and Zachary Smith (parents) request appointment as Limited conservator of the person and estate of Isaac Leland Smith with all seven limited powers (See #1.h.) with bond to be determined after filing the I&A.
As to the requested Probate Code §2591 powers, petitioners have not shown that granting the requested powers under the circumstances of the particular guardianship or conservatorship, it would be to the advantage, benefit, and best interest of the estate to do so. (Probate Code §2590)
As to the request for the power to sell the conservatees personal residence, petitioners allege the proposed conservatee has zero assets.
Set due dates for care plans, I&A, and due date and hearing date for annual status report and first account and report.
The clerk shall give notice.
