11. 23CV2042 WELLS FARGO BANK VS. MURRAY HOLDINGS ET AL REVIEW HEARING
On September 3, 2024, this Court issued an Order staying the proceedings pending resolution of the related criminal action, but authorized discovery as to third parties to proceed in the interim.
The Court's Order provided that the stay of proceedings would be re-evaluated in one year; the Parties subsequently requested a continuance of that review hearing, which the Court granted.
At the review hearing on February 20, 2026, the Parties provided an update on the current status and the Court continued the hearing to July 17, 2026.
To date, nothing further has been filed with the Court.
