Order of Examination Hearing
On May 12, 2026, the court granted plaintiff’s ex parte application to authorize
alternative service and authorized plaintiff to electronically serve the Order to Show
Cause (“OSC”) documents upon the judgment debtor, defendant Stephan Evard Piscano
a/k/a Stephan Evard Pierce.
On July 14, 2026, plaintiff’s counsel filed a declaration indicating the OSC documents
were electronically served upon the judgment debtor on June 16, 2026.
TENTATIVE RULING # 7: THE JUDGMENT DEBTOR’S PERSONAL APPEARANCE IS
REQUIRED AT 1:30 P.M., FRIDAY, JULY 17, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
