July 20, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings
1. CU0000876 CSPN LLC v. Kenneth Ryan Koch No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues this matter to March 22, 2027, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, to permit adjudication of pending bankruptcy proceedings. No later than two weeks prior to the continued case management date, parties shall provide a joint update on the bankruptcy proceedings.
2. CU0001844 Wells Fargo Bank, National Association vs. Tim Radford, et al. Appearances are required. Counsel for Plaintiff shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failing to appear on April 20, 2026 as required. If Plaintiff does not appear, Court will Dismiss the case.
3. CU0001978 Bridgett Higginbotham vs. Pacific Specialty Insurance, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, the case management conference is continued to November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, to permit adjudication of pending motions.
4. CU0001995 John Deere Construction & Forestry Company vs. Chunyu Ou, et al. No appearances are required. A bankruptcy stay has been filed on behalf of Defendant Chunyu Ou. The Court continues the case management conference to November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Parties shall file updated case management conference statements two weeks prior to this date.
5. CU0002333 Jordan Larson v. Marie Lynn Di Fede Appearances are required. Plaintiff shall show cause why he should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendant as ordered by the Court on April 6, 2026. If Plaintiff does not appear, Court will Dismiss the case.
6. CU0002347 Colleen Barcus vs. Kimco Realty Corporation, et al. Appearances are required. Plaintiff shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendant Kimco Realty Corporation, as ordered by the Court on December 15, 2025 and April 6, 2026. If Plaintiff does not appear, Court will Dismiss the case.
7. CU0002360 Melanie Lee Highsmith vs. Samuel Miller, et al. Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record. If there are no appearances, the Court will Dismiss the case.
