July 17, 2026 Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings

1. CU0001216 Greg Bomhoff vs. Lake of the Pines Association, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, the case management conference is continued to September 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in Department A. This case is not yet at issue.

2. CU0001681 Randy Ryan Agno, et al. vs. James L Gould, IV., et al. No appearances are required. This case is at issue. Jury fees are paid. The Court sets jury trial and related dates as follows:

Trial: July 7, 8, 9, 14, and 15, 2027 at 8:30 a.m. each day, Dept. A PTC: June 22, 2027 at 1:30 p.m., Dept. A MSC: March 12, 2027 at 9:00 a.m., Dept. A (See, LR 4.02)

A pre-trial order shall issue. Unless a party objects to this tentative ruling, gives notice of said objection and appears at the Case Management Conference, parties are deemed to have waived notice of trial AND asserted they will waive conflict on the record at the MSC allowing the trial judge to conduct the MSC.

3. CU0002233 Jeffrey P. Botham vs. Tahoe Club Company, LLC, et al. No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues this matter to September 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department A, and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Cross-Complainant Tahoe Club Company, LLC shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failing to file a request for default or request for dismissal of Cross-Defendant Mountain Golf & Utility Cars as ordered by this Court on April 17, 2026.

Additionally, Cross-Complainant Mountain Golf & Utility Cars shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failing to file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Cross-Defendant Reno- Tahoe Open Foundation dba Barracuda Championship as ordered by this Court on April 17, 2026. The clerk shall service notice of the orders to show cause.

4. CU0002525 Mohamad Al Zein vs. Safeway Inc., et al. No appearances are required. This case is at issue. Jury fees are paid. The Court sets jury trial and related dates as follows:

Trial: July 7, 8, 9, 14, and 15, 2027 at 8:30 a.m. each day, Dept. A PTC: June 22, 2027 at 1:30 p.m., Dept. A MSC: June 11, 2027 at 9:00 a.m., Dept. A (See, LR 4.02)
